Just checked this out. A few points, if I may...
You actually look good in this. Better than real self, even. Camera loves you, buddy. It accentuates your genuine sincerity and subdues tendency towards intellectual pedantry. You appear more Peter Snow than Melvyn Bragg, so to speak. (Apologies for dated examples.)
Look at the camera, not the screen. You look as if you are a proud father monologuing to his sleeping child.
